I believe anyone who is navigating the challenges of life can benefit from a trusted therapeutic relationship. 

No single approach to therapy suits everyone. In my sessions, I draw on the principles of: trauma-informed care, Internal Family Systems, Compassionate Inquiry, cognitive behavioral therapy, Non-Violent Communication, stress management & coping skills development, mindfulness practices, A Course in Miracles,12 step, and other sound therapeutic practices.

Each brings its own tools and wisdom and we may explore a combination of approaches in each of your sessions with me.
